If your package is lost in transit, submit a claim to support@pawwise.co within 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. If the shipping address provided was correct, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement. Note: If tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received the package, we are not responsible for reshipping; replacements in such cases would be at your expense.

If tracking information indicates that the order was delivered but it was unclaimed, the shipment may be returned to us. New shipping charges will apply for orders that were unclaimed or had an incorrect address provided.

PawWise Co. offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact PawWise Co. at support@pawwise.co. If your return is accepted, they will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact PawWise Co. immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. They will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once PawWise Co. receives and inspects your return, they will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Yes. If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
