We are so sorry to announce that we are officially closing our doors and going out of business. Unfortunately, due to current UK government regulations and the overwhelming burden of taxes, it has simply become impossible for us to remain profitable and continue operating.
When a small business is expected to shoulder VAT, Corporation Tax, Income Tax, Employer's National Insurance, Dividend Tax, Business Rates, and the endless hidden costs and administrative hours required to process it all for HMRC, the system crushes the very businesses trying to survive. The math simply doesn't work anymore.
While this is a deeply frustrating end to our chapter, we are incredibly grateful for all the amazing dogs we’ve been able to help along the way. Knowing we could play a small part in supporting your dogs' joint health, calmness, and overall happiness has been the absolute best part of this journey.
We wish you and your furry best friends the absolute best of luck in the future. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your support and for being a part of our story. :)
